The 650-foot Town of Kansas Bridge connects the River Market to the Missouri River.

The Town of Kansas Pedestrian Bridge provides a bicycle and pedestrian link between the north end of Main Street and the original birthplace of the city on the banks of the Missouri River.

An observation deck allows elevated viewing of the Missouri River, prominent bridges, and the former Municipal Wharf structures. Stairs and an elevator lead to Berkley Riverfront Park and continues the Riverfront Heritage Trail.

Spanning the original Town of Kansas settlement archaeological site, two railroads, and the Missouri River floodwall, the bridge connects the surrounding community and the river.
