The Monster Dash 5K Run winds through the spooky Missouri River front and gives the participants a chance to win age group awards and costume awards. There will be plenty of treats for everyone in this holiday themed event and the flat and fast race course gives everyone a chance for a PR!

As a participant of the Monster Dash 5K, you will receive: IPICO chip timing, cotton participants shirt, finisher’s medal, top overall, masters, and 5 year age group awards, an aid station on the course, large mile markers, and great post race food and beverages. All Lil’ Monsters’ Kids Run participants will receive a shirt and a Lil’ Monster medal.
