Join Catholic Charities on this 5K run/walk to raise awareness and funds to support families as they work to gain self-sufficiency.

Consider these statistics from Catholic Charities, “In Kansas City and throughout 26 surrounding counties, nearly 16% of individuals live in poverty. It’s not only the homeless or unemployed anymore. Today, many hardworking families are stuck in the cycle of poverty. Single mothers who work lead over 40% of low-income families. The poverty rate is nearly 20% among children under 18. That’s one in five children in our community!”
