No doubt you’ve seen or heard about all the activity going on along the Missouri Riverfront at Berkley Riverfront!  There’s so much to be excited about; construction is underway, and the 45-acre riverfront development site calls for the creation of a world-class urban village of offices, residential and retail space, and cultural amenities – all designed to improve the quality of life within the urban core.

It’s happening now!

SAY HELLO TO UNION.  Union | Berkley Riverfront Park is a mixed use project currently under construction, which will feature 410 luxury apartment units, 400 parking stalls, and 12,000 square feet of retail shopping across five acres. The community will be pet friendly and offer amenities for residents who are active or just want to relax.  On tap:  a resort-style pool with sundeck, sky bar with views of downtown Kansas City and the river, gaming lounge, fitness club, indoor/outdoor Yoga and Pilates studios and a pet wash and bicycle bar.

It’s an exciting time. Vertical construction is now visible, wood framing is going up, the parking garage is starting to take shape. Much of the project’s site and utility work has already been completed. We’re on track (fingers crossed!) for the first phase of move-ins in spring 2018.

This is the riverfront our city has waiting for.  To celebrate the development and Berkley Riverfront’s new brand and look, we are hosting “Party at Berkley Riverfront” on Wednesday, June 28!  Join us on the riverfront from 5:30-7:30 p.m.  There will be free treats from Poppy’s Ice Cream & Coffee House food truck, Bar K Dog Bar splash pool & surprises, a live jazz ensemble, free Riverfront Fitness KC class- Family Game Night, and free Berkley Riverfront Swag featuring the new logo!
